Sanjeev Amin is the Co-Founder and owner of KVA Management Inc. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer, directing the company’s development, operations and investments through senior management. Sanjeev has over 17 years in the hospitality industry.

SAKSHI AMIN (MICKEY)

Chief Financial Officer
Sakshi Amin is the Co-Founder and owner of KVA Management Inc. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for financial planning, record-keeping, analysis of data and financial reporting. Sakshi has over 17years in the hospitality financial experience.

RUPESH AMIN

Chief Operating Officer
Rupesh Amin is Co-Founder and owner of KVA Management Inc. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the daily management of all hotels. Rupesh has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

SHAILESH SHARMA

Chief Technology Officer
Co-founder and CEO of TekMinders Ltd, CEO and Chairman of the Board at True Mantra Solutions LLC An avid technocrat, Shailesh has 20 plus years of IT experience leading diverse, cross functional teams and in particular as a DBA and Data Analytics. With an eye for the finer details, what excites Shailesh is looking at a complex situation and finding solutions by identifying key parameters and numbers that have a story to tell.

MIKE PATEL

Director of Revenue Management
Mike Patel brings decades of Hotel Management experience in varying capacities spanning not only hotel operations but also new property acquisition to the KVA Management working with Choice, Hilton, Best Western and Wyndham.

DOMINIC K

Director of Guest Relations & Reputation Management
Dominic is a technocrat by profession and having delivered solutions within IT industry, brings unique perspectives to the brick and mortar world. He also happens to be a hotelier and has been involved with the group in different capacities.

KELLY GWINN

Director of Operations & Sales
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she heads the team of sales and marketing for KVA.

VIC SHRIVASTAVA

Director of Distribution, Retail Operations
Vic is a management consultant by profession and he is responsible for the retail and distribution line of business reporting directly to Sanjeev.

SHARIF M

Director of Supply Chain Management
An engineer by profession he has made retail industry home. Starting out as one of the first Managers he is now involved with ascertaining inventory requirements sourced from India to support store operations and distribution.

CTO Tekminders
Vijendra is COO Of Tekminders International, manages operations across the globe. He has been the vision behind the Tekminders international success.
